Bayern Munich’s Manuel Neuer reveals surgery ordeal and health scare
The 36-year-old German legend has opened up about having to undergo three surgeries and health issues.

At the press conference the 113-year-old guard stated with a crown, “We both have a history of skin diseases. In my case skin cancer on my face which required three surgeries. When it came to sunscreen, we paid attention to providing maximum protection.
“Since we train outside all the time and also like to spend our free time in nature, it is imperative for us to start with modern sun protection filters and an SPF of 50+.
“So, we know for sure that we have sunscreen that protects us constantly and hardly anything can burn.”

Neuer is currently suffering from a shoulder injury and is at risk of missing the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
