Celtics’ Marcus Smart accidentally throws ball at ref’s head twice
Boston Celtics Goalkeeper Marcus Smart will always do his best to play good defensive games, not caring who gets in his way.

play against Chicago Bulls On Monday night, Smart converted a pass from DeMar DeRozan to Zach LaVine, and instead of out of bounds, the ball hit referee Mark Davis’ head and stayed inside.
Smart, realize it, go fast and try to keep the ball in bounds. But Davis was on his way again. Smart wore it off his head a second time instead of hardwood.
Davis made the call that the ball was off on Smart, and they both smiled as both teams prepared for the inside pass.
Smart’s Celtics weren’t able to win the game either, with the Bulls notching a 120-102 home win.
DeRozan was the team leader in points, finishing the game with 25 plus five rebounds and five assists. Ayo Dosunmo, Bulls point guard, was also feeling himself with 22 points, six boards and two assists.
Lavigne added 19 points, while Nikola Vucevich went crazy around the edge, scoring 23 rebounds and collecting 18 points.
Smart will finish with 11 points, six assists and one rebound, while Jason Tatum Boston led with 26 points and eight plates. Jaylen Brown also scored 21 points with six rebounds and assists.
It was the Bulls’ second win this season, moving to 2-2 while the Celtics lost their first game of the year and are now 3-1.
