Geigrich was arrested in June due to a valid injunction after police responded to Bearden’s home about a domestic violence call. Three months later, the police arrested him again for violating a protection order, hitting their door, and disorderly conduct.
Records on the Clark County Courthouse website show that this year alone, Geigrich pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and was sent to prison last week for six days. He has active cases pending and in January pleaded guilty to six counts related to the June 2021 attack on Bearden, which was placed on probation.
On a September 12 visit to the couple’s home, responding officers ran the names of three other individuals through the National Crime Information Center, police records obtained by Fox News Digital. It was one of several arrest warrants related to the investigation, but authorities revealed few details and refused to release copies of the arrest warrants, citing the ongoing investigation.
Bearden has a long record of accidents in Georgia, more than a decade ago, was charged with making false allegations to police and as a victim and alleged abuser in the domestic violence calls. The cases involve a series of different men dating back to at least 2008.
Court records showed that she was charged in May with providing a false crime report related to an incident involving Gegerich, who was charged and later pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing, property damage and property damage.
The Habersham County Sheriff’s Office, which is handling the investigation, has not publicly named any people of interest or suspects in the case. The ministry’s media official did not respond to requests for comment on Friday.
