The company runs a youth sponsorship program at every flagship store in every city – an 8-week program in which young sponsors learn skills to help them succeed in all aspects of life.
During the program, they gain on-the-job training and customer service skills – they also have mentoring experience.
After the program ends, young people can choose their passion and career field they wish to enter.

For the rest of their lives, these young people will be able to accept guidance on employment, housing, education and treatment, according to the We Are One coffee shop project.
