Lexus ES 350 remains quality luxury sedan
Updated 2023 Lexus ES 350 at an attractive price
Roseville, Calif. – Now in its seventh generation, it’s become 2023 Lexus ES 350 is a mid-size luxury sedan that has always been a strong product for the Japanese automaker, as evidenced by its 33 years of longevity.
Although the ES never achieved massive sales, it has been a consistent Lexus product since it was first introduced in 1990, along with the flagship LS model. Together, the attractive sedans helped establish the Lexus brand, the luxury division of Toyota.
Updated for 2023
The updated 2023 ES 350 has arrived with a new grille and redesigned LED headlights. Also new is that Lexus has finally gotten rid of the annoying and difficult-to-operate touchpad interface. Additional changes are included in the optional vehicle package. Upgrades may be required to keep up with the formidable group of competitors eg Mercedes-Benz C ClassAudi A4 Volvo S60 and Acura TLX.
Powerful performance

The ES 350 retains its powerful, high-performance, 3.5-liter, V-6 engine that produces 302 horsepower and 267 lb-ft of torque. The V6 runs smoothly, and gear changes are quick and barely noticed. The ES 350 is the kind of car one can settle into for a long day of driving and not get bored or exhausted. It’s quick, too—it goes from 0 to 60 mph in 6.1 seconds—and it gets solid fuel economy (22-32 mph).
What we like about the ES 350 is that it’s a great car for driving around town that can also provide smooth acceleration and up its game when a challenge arrives, such as a steep grade or a trip into the mountains. It provides grippy handling, good steering and road holding, resulting in a real sense of confidence for anyone behind the wheel. It also has a suspension system that effectively eliminates bumps.
As one would expect from a luxury sedan, the ES 350 comes standard with several driver safety features that include forward collision mitigation, adaptive cruise control, road sign recognition, lane keeping assist that reduces road wandering, and blind spot monitoring with motion background traffic. Alarm, automatic emergency braking.
