Celebrating our delicious homegrown mandarin oranges
Auburn, California – Annual Mandarin Mountain Festival Celebrating the new crop of delicious, locally grown mandarin oranges, free samples, contests, live music and all things mandarin!
Placer County and Foothill growers will sell thousands of pounds of fresh mandarin oranges and gift baskets accompanied by all the free samples you could want. Proceeds benefit the Newcastle Region Business Association Scholarship Fund.
The festival takes place under the fall-leafed trees of the Gold Country fairgrounds and is punctuated with golds, rusts, and burgundies, with bright orange mandarin balls everywhere you turn.
Try the fresh chocolate-covered Mandarin, Mandarin gelato, chicken wings, pizza, and pulled pork, or take your pick from Mandarin BBQ sauces, syrups, seasonings, and dozens of other Mandarin-inspired blends. Discover vendors offering high-quality gifts that also sell Mandarin-scented lotions, soaps, and candles, along with artist-made jewelry, home accessories, and holiday items.
