Newt Gingrich expecting GOP midterm election ‘tsunami’, says it could be biggest Republican win since 1920
Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich joinedFox and FriendsMonday to discuss why he believes the “radical” agenda of the Democratic Party will lead to a Republican victory in the midterm elections.
Newt Gingerich: I think that a Tsunami is coming. I think it will be huge. And when the people know that every Democrat in the House of Representatives voted for the Transgender Supremacy Act and that all the Democratic senators are ready for re-election, they each co-sponsor the Transgender Supremacy Act in the Senate. They looked into the details of that law, and realized that any boy who decided to declare himself a girl would be guaranteed to enter the girls’ locker room.
…it would place transgender rights above religious freedom. The Catholic bishops had devastating criticism of the bill. These are extreme things. If you look at the Latin community, it’s a mixture of economics – you can’t afford gas, you can’t buy food, you can’t afford rent, you can’t afford electricity – and radical values and the two together. Repel people from the Democratic Party On a scale… this may be the largest Republican election since 1920.
