Rocklin, California – Rocklins Whitney Sunset Recreation Area It is expanding its entertainment footprint for visitors. To celebrate the grand opening of East Trails, a fun celebration is held on December 3rd along with the obligatory ribbon cutting to celebrate the opening.
The East Trails offer access to some of the best views within the Sunset Sunset Whitney Recreation Area. Paved and unpaved elevated walkways allow visitors more diverse terrain and additional opportunities for spotting wildlife. Deer make SWRA at home and can often be seen along the creek near the bridge. The Sunset Whitney Recreation Area is one of Rocklin’s outdoor treasures.
The City of Rocklin invites you to join them to cut the ribbon and 2.2 miles of fun as the opening of the Eastern Lanes at SWRA opens up another great local recreational opportunity.
