Udonis Haslem has harsh words for Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce
The Miami Heat star responded to the former Celtics duo of what was said on Garnett’s podcast “Anything is Possible.”
The Heat lost a tight match to the Kings 119-113 on Saturday and returned to the match against Golden State Warriors tonight. 42-year-old Odonis Haslam knows the Heat have to improve and hasn’t received advice or criticism from old rivals Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce.
On the “Anything Is Possible” podcast, the duo publicly criticized the Heat by saying the team had “lost its identity”, and Haslem hit back at his former teammates for their “hit” in Miami Heat Woe to them this season.

Haslem stated, “I can dig it up, because I don’t like them either […] I just feel like every time I turn around, these guys have got something to say about us. Even going back to last year, I think Paul was very critical of us last year. […] Criticizing Pam, slamming Jimmy, six games, when there are a lot of teams that are struggling right and haven’t made their stride, not just us.”
Haslem believes the punches stem from years of frustration with Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce when they were knocked out by the Heat.
“There are a lot of teams struggling to make their lead at the moment. So, to make that comment on us? I felt, like I said, that I feel it comes down to the rivalry and history between us, which I understand. Because we don’t like you either” Haslam told the South Florida Sun-Guard.
