“Welcome to Plathville” Reality TV star Kim Plath was formally arrested Thursday for drunk driving in Florida.
Plath, 50, reportedly transformed herself into Wakalah County Sheriff’s Office In Crawfordville while there was an injunction from another agency stemming from an accident in June.
The mother-of-seven was involved in a collision that included property damage and personal injury, according to documents obtained by InTouch Weekly.

Records showed “one car accident” was recorded in Port Lyon Drive At about 11:52 p.m. on June 10. One officer noticed that a southbound vehicle had turned left and then “overturned,” eventually resting on its “surface in a pit (filled with water)”.
Plath was identified as the car’s sole occupant, and “still in the driver’s seat” when a witness and officer administered the assist, according to the report.
The report stated that Kim “looked drunk and had a strong alcoholic odor from her breath and person”.
Authorities noted scratches and cuts on Plath’s face.
The “Welcome to Plathville” cast includes Kim and her kids. She announced earlier this year that she is separating from husband Barry after 24 years together.

“Ms. Plath was in a cervical collar and was seated on a stretcher while being brought to the emergency room,” the report said. “Ms. Plath was conscious, seemed to be in a daze and had very red glass eyes. Mrs. Plath displayed ptosis (ptosis) and mydriasis (dilated pupils).”
When first questioned about her alcohol intake before she got behind the wheel, Plath replied that she had a “margarita, 12 ounces.” When the TLC star was asked again, she replied that she had “nothing” to drink.
“On September 3, 2022, I received the toxicology report from the FDLE Laboratory,” a statement said. “Mrs Plath’s blood test results were .161 and .162 BAC [blood alcohol content.] She completed an affidavit regarding Ms. Plath for DUI (Property Damage), 316.193.3c1 and issued UTC for negligent driving. “

Kim and her estranged husband Barry announced their decision to separate earlier this year after 24 years together.
